Mgr. Radim Palatý
Radim Palatý graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, Brno, in 1998. He was awarded the title of Master of Laws (Mgr.). He began his career in the legal department of a bank and later he worked as a lawyer specializing in violations of merger & antitrust regulations at the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition. From 2000 to 2005, he was employed as a Senior Lawyer at the Czech branch of Immoconsult, a member of Austrian Volksbank, focusing on real estate financing. From 2005 to 2009, he was the Managing Director (responsible for legal & development activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) at Manhattan Real Estate Management s.r.o., a subsidiary of Atrium European Real Estate Ltd., a multinational real-estate investment company. Since 2009, he has been employed by AKK, first as a Junior Lawyer and currently as an Attorney at Law.
